We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped and the large TVs were a hit with the kids. Our experience was overall enjoyable, despite some noise during our stay.

The Lagoon Tower was spacious and clean, which was a huge plus. Love that we had a full kitchen to whip up some meals! Also, the views from the balcony were just stunning, especially during the fireworks. The only downside was we didn't get enough towels at first and had to keep asking. It was a bit annoying, but we managed in the end.

The Lagoon Tower has many appealing aspects, like its spacious rooms and proximity to beautiful beaches. However, some services let it down, as the staff performance varied, and parking fees were surprisingly high. Overall, it's a pleasant spot but be prepared for extra costs.

We had an amazing stay in a spacious two-bedroom suite with stunning lagoon views. The beach access was great for relaxing, and we loved the outdoor swimming pool for some family fun. The only downside was a bit of noise from nearby activities, but it didn’t spoil our time at all! 🌴

Y’all, the fresh bread rolls were top-notch and legit made my taste buds dance! The location was super chill, just a hop away from all the local eats like CJ's New York Style Delicatessen and the bomb Rocky Japanese Steak Teppan Restaurant. Plus, having a kitchen in our suite was icing on the cake for whipping up late-night snacks!
But let’s be real, the strike turned our stay into an extra noisy adventure. Trash in the hallways and no room service? Major bummer. I mean, we hit up Rainbow Bazza for pizza instead of enjoying the resort vibe, which was a letdown when we just wanted to chill.

I had a fantastic stay at the Lagoon Tower. The scenery was stunning, and the convenience of multiple pools made it easy to relax. Breakfast at the Tropic Bar & Grill was a highlight. the food was delicious despite being a bit pricey. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Rosalinda at check-in. She patiently resolved an issue we had with our credit card. Housekeeping could have been better during our stay. We encountered a strike that affected services. Trash in the hallways and no room service were real inconveniences. Despite this, we enjoyed the overall vibe, especially the fireworks on Fridays. We took advantage of the local shops and had some fun exploring the area.

A perfect trip for families
We had an awesome time with our kids. The room was super spacious and clean, and the kitchen set us up right for breakfasts and snacks without having to spend a fortune at the restaurants. Also, the breakfast options at the Tropic Bar & Grill were definitely worth it. We even caught the New Year's Eve fireworks from our balcony
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was acceptable.
